Please apply for any units in which you are interested in living. We don't have an application fee. We want you to live here by choice, not because you feel obligated by having paid a fee to get on the list.
At Dinnaken Properties, we want you to begin to develop your own credit and rental history. If you are 18 or older, we do not allow parents or others to co-sign for your obligation.
If you have accepted an offer from Dinnaken Management to lease a specific unit, you can schedule a time to sign your lease during normal business hours (weekdays, 8 am - 5 pm) by responding to the e-mail sent to register for your appointment or you can contact the management office at 612-623-3634. We will try to accomodate requests for meetings after normal business hours. Please allow up to 30 minutes for the meeting. All roommates must be present to sign the lease together.
You can review the Dinnaken lease documents before coming to the meeting:
Full rent payments are due on the 1st of each month beginning at your move in until the month you move out. There are fees for late and returned rent payments
Accepted Forms of Payment:
Forms are subject to change without notice.
Because we are a non-profit, mission driven organization, Dinnaken Properties is exempt from payment of real estate taxes and therefore we do not issue Certificates of Rent Paid.
Dinnaken Properties management office has a certified notary public on-site for documents requiring notary approval. Please schedule an appointment (Monday-Friday 8am-4pm) with Nicole.
