At Dinnaken Properties, we want you to begin to develop your own credit and rental history.  If you are 18 or older, we do not allow parents or others to co-sign for your obligation.

If you have accepted an offer from Dinnaken Management to lease a specific unit, you can schedule a time to sign your lease by responding to the e-mail sent to register for your appointment or you can contact the management office at 612-623-3634.  We will try to accomodate requests for meetings after normal business hours.
