Dinnaken accepts online payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or Union Pay) or ACH (paid from your bank account).
You can make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments.
ACH Payments or payments via personal check, cashier’s check or bank check have no payment fees. Cash is not accepted.
ACH PAYMENTS - $0 transaction fee
Personal Check, Money order, Cashier's Check - $0 transaction fee
CC Payments online - 2.5% transaction fee
Debit Card Payments online - Fee based on $ amount paid:
$3.95 < $1,000
$4.95 - $1,000 -$2,000
$9.95 > $2,000

On-line Payment Policies
Refund & Return Policy: Payments are accepted for amounts due under your agreement with Dinnaken Properties. Overpayment will be applied to reduce future amounts due or, if no future amounts are due, refunded via check issued by Dinnaken Properties. Returns are not applicable.
Privacy Statement: Dinnaken Properties does not keep records of your credit card or bank information. Dinnaken Properties will maintain records of the payer, method (i.e., credit card or ACH), amount and date of payments.
Confirmation of Transaction: An e-mail confirmation will be sent upon completion of a payment transaction.
