Special Notes as they pertain to the Rules and Regulations: 

Bikes and Rollerblades
Located in each lobby we have registration tags for your bicycles as well as guest/visitor bicycles that you may pick up at any time. We will periodically check to verify that bikes using our racks are tagged, bikes not tagged are subject to removal. 
We do not allow rollerblading or bicycle riding in any of the buildings; however, you may store your bike in your apartment if you wish.

Alcohol Use and Smoking
Alcohol use is not permitted in any interior or exterior public areas of the building (hallways, stairwells, elevators, elevator lobbies, outside courtyards, etc.). No barrels or half-barrels (kegs) of beer are permitted in the building.  All interior public areas and apartments are smoke-free.  See RULES AND REGULATIONS for further information.
