LRT: The Central Corridor light rail line, connecting the downtowns of Minneapolis and St. Paul via the U of M campus, runs along Washington Avenue in front of Dinnaken House with stops just a few short blocks in either direction. This line extends from the Union Depot in downtown St. Paul to the Target Field Transit Interchange in downtown Minneapolis, connecting the Central Line to destinations beyond (e.g., MSP International Airport, Big Lake Commuter line, etc.)

FREEWAYS: Dinnaken is located just two blocks from the Huron Boulevard entrance/exit ramps to/from I-94 east and west. I-35W is a short drive from Dinnaken via University Avenue.
