Rental Rates and Leasing Information
We are currently accepting applications for all properties.
Availability for the Dinnaken and Argyle House will be known after February 5th, 2024.
Availability at the Tairrie House and Fulton will be known in early-March for Sept. 1st rentals.
Dinnaken House and Argyle House leases will start on August 20, 2024 and end on August 2, 2025. Tairrie House and Fulton leases will start on September 1, 2024, and end on August 16, 2025.
Apply Now – all the applications are dated and timed for the waiting list. The available units are given away first-come, first-serve. All of our leases are group leases, we do not have a roommate matching service. You are responsible for finding your own roommates.
We do allow lease assigning and subletting. You are responsible for finding your own replacement, long or short term. There is a $300 fee.

Heat, trash, water, cable, and internet are included in rent. Underground, heated parking is available at the Argyle House and Tairrie House for $80 per month and outside, off-street parking is available for $80 per month at the Dinnaken House.
Trash, water, and cable are included in rent, Tenants are responsible for their own heat in Fulton. Heated garage parking ($80 per month) and off-street, outside parking ($70 per month) is available at the Fulton St. Townhomes.
Each building has a laundry room. All the machines are free for tenant use.
Dinnaken House and Argyle House automatically come fully furnished. Furnishings are not available at the Tairrie House or at the Fulton St. Townhomes.
Security deposits for the Dinnaken House and the Argyle House are $500 per person. Security deposits for the Tairrie House and the Fulton St. Townhomes are one month’s rent.
