Please notify the companies below to disconnect your service prior to completing your lease term.  You will need to provide a disconnection date and a forwarding address for the final bill.  If you do not cancel your utilities, they will continue to bill the service in your name.

All apartments should have already signed an electricity application for residential service during lease signing.  If your apartment did not complete one of these forms please call Xcel Energy at 1-800-895-4999 or CLICK HERE to set up electric service starting the first day of your lease or to discontinue service at move out.

Estimate your apartment's last utility bills and collect money in advance.  Be sure to share forwarding addresses with roommate(s) in the event that additional money needs to be collected when the bills arrive.
