We offer a variety of spaces for tenants to reserve for your larger group needs. We ask that you either come to the Dinnaken Office during regular business hours to request a room, or you can click on the links provided here to send an e-mail request at least 1 week in advance of your requested time. Any event should not be reserved longer than a 4 hour block of time, if you are requesting longer than 4 hrs prior approval from Management and/or Live In Staff is required. Residents may use the shared rooms in the building in which their apartment is located, as follows:
Tenants are responsible to clean up after their use of these rooms and will be charged for any extra cleaning or repair costs incurred by Dinnaken Properties as a result of their use.
We do not allow alcohol in any of our Conference or Study spaces.
