We are pleased to advise you that Dinnaken has begun accepting online payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or Union Pay) or ACH (paid from your bank account). You can now pay all rent, parking charges, and other fees to Dinnaken online.
You can make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments. You can also choose to continue paying directly via personal check, cashier’s check or bank check for which there is no fee. Cash is not accepted.
If you want to make a payment on-line, please go to www.Dinnaken.com and select the ‘pay online’ feature on the Resident Portal tab. This will bring you to US Bank’s online payment page.

Refund & Return Policy: Payments are accepted for amounts due under your agreement with Dinnaken Properties. Overpayment will be applied to reduce future amounts due or, if no future amounts are due, refunded via check issued by Dinnaken Properties. Returns are not applicable.
Privacy Statement: Dinnaken Properties does not keep records of your credit card or bank information. Dinnaken Properties will maintain records of the payer, method (i.e., credit card or ACH), amount and date of payments.
Confirmation of Transaction: An e-mail confirmation will be sent upon completion of a payment transaction.
