Dinnaken House
A beautiful 5 story, 120 unit building, appealing in both architectural design and function. The large bay windows, high ceilings and wide hallways create an open and airy environment. Opened in the fall of 1989, Dinnaken House is unique not just to the University of Minnesota but to colleges and universities across the nation. Geared toward university undergraduates, one-year leases are available for 3 or 4 people in the 2 bedroom apartments. Applications are accepted beginning September 1 for the following academic year.

I-94 to Exit 235B (U of M). Left on Fulton. 2 blocks to Ontario Street. Right on Ontario. 2 blocks to Delaware Street. Right on Delaware. Follow Delaware into the Dinnaken House parking lot. Turn left to find our back entrance. Our offices are located on the first floor.
