
Call the front desk when your apartment is VACANT and you are
ready to turn in ALL APARTMENT KEYS. A staff member
will be available to check your apartment daily between 8 a.m. and 9
p.m.
You must thoroughly clean your
bedroom (vacuum, dust, wipe down furniture, clean radiators) and all
portions of the common areas (ie: bathroom, kitchen, living room)
All trash/personal items must be
removed from the apartment. There will be dumpster located
behind the building. Please do not put trash or large items in
laundry rooms, outside trash rooms, or in hallways.
One tenant is required to walk
through the apartment with a staff member, but all may choose to be
there. Since your current lease agreement ends a staff
person must check the apartment to determine if there are any
damages that need to be deducted from your current security
deposit. Late fees apply for late move out. If tenant has
not vacated the apartment at the end of the lease term, there will
be a charge of (20%) of the expired monthly rent for each day, or
part there of use and occupancy.
Return all apartment/building/mail
keys, and mattress pads for your apartment. Lost key charges:
$100 apartment; $25 building; $2 mail.
