Return security deposit return form to front desk;
by date indicated on form.
Your security deposit plus interest (minus damages and/or cleaning
costs) will be mailed to the designated person within 21 days of
lease termination. CRP's will be sent to the forwarding addresses
provided.
The person you designate to receive your current security deposit
will receive the full security deposit plus interest (minus damages
and/or cleaning charges) for current lease. Tenants staying will be
required to pay a new deposit.
